Problem statement
The app connects job seekers with employers based on skills, experience, and location but suffered from UX issues like inconsistent navigation, fragmented financial flows, timesheet flows, overwhelming document uploads, poor job search clarity, high cognitive load, accessibility gaps, and low engagement.
Goal
Create a modern, intuitive experience by resolving UX pain points, refreshing the UI, and boosting engagement through user-centered design.

Key Challenges
Stakeholder and user interviews revealed inconsistent UI patterns, low task completion, and outdated design hindering global usability.
My Contributions
Conducted interviews across 6 regions (Netherlands, UK, Poland, North America, France, Italy, and Spain) and synthesized 70+ recommendations.
Defined new information architecture (IA) and user journeys.
Performed competitive analysis (LinkedIn, Indeed, Adecco, Randstad).
Built scalable design system components and high-fidelity prototypes for engineering handoff.
Collaborated with PMs and stakeholders to align on KPIs.
The solution
Deliver intuitive, inclusive solutions that address immediate UX pain points while promoting sustained engagement, accessibility, and scalability for diverse global users. This approach ensures the redesigned Manpower app provides effortless value to both job seekers and employers, streamlining intricate workflows into seamless experiences.
